Appena finita l’esperienza da Nohasi Palace, talmente meravigliosa da sentire l’esigenza di “ricambiare” il dono di tanta “bellezza” ricevuta, con questa recensione. Bellissima esperienza a partire dalla cena nel ristorante alla colazione à la carte con ingredienti di qualità: ho notato una importante attenzione al dettaglio che si ritrova poi nelle camere dell’albergo e nella SPA. Molto belle le camere (ho soggiornato in una junior suite) con il menu dei cuscini (sembra una sciocchezza ma non lo è) dotate di ogni comfort: dall’attenzione al dettaglio anche qui come la lettera di benvenuto scritta a mano con il nome dell’ospite al phon GHD e ai vari kit presenti in bagno per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Splendida l’esperienza in SPA privata dove ci si può rilassare tra sauna, docce emozionali, bagno turco e idromassaggio nel cisternone con cascata cervicale e cascata finlandese. Bellissimo il centro SPA da vedere e da vivere. Il tutto coronato da un meraviglioso massaggio rilassante di coppia. Una menzione speciale al personale attentissimo al cliente, cordiale e sempre col sorriso. Meravigliosa Serena, la proprietaria che ci ha coccolati in ogni momento del weekend. Veramente una perla nel Salento.

Posto divino
Hotel splendido.
Situazione molto tranquilla, poche camere, molta attenzione al benestare dei clienti.
La proprietaria Serena vi ovatterá con mille attenzioni.
Colazione a la cart eccellente, prodotti freschi del posto, di stagione.
Ristorante molto buono in un contesto incantevole.
Area piscina tranquilla, una pace quasi paradisiaca.
Camere ben arredate, ottima climatizzazione, letti comodissimi.
La SPA una coccola unica.
Noha di Galatina é strategica, con un auto si raggiunge tutto il salento in meno di 30/35 minuti.
Consigliatissima questa struttura!

A luxurious pearl in the heart of Puglia
A fantastic building, beautifully restored, really a small palazzo. Very ambitious owners, fine restaurant and the suite was splendid.
Perfect for exploring Puglia, but feels like it’s really a place to get married at. We’d love to come back!

Ambiente molto curato ed elegante, atmosfera rilassante e personale molto professionale e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, abbiamo preso degli antipasti di pesce e primi sia di carne che pesce, era tutto buono ed abbondante. Ci ritornerò. Consigliatissimo.

Il posto ideale per rilassarsi. Personale professionale e cortese. Percorso spa incantevole con la possibilità di acquistare pacchetti molto convenienti. Molta cura ai dettagli e pulizia che fanno sicuramente la differenza. Consigliatissimo.

Location storica bellissima. Posto raffinato e molto curato. Abbiamo provato il ristorante che propone sia cucina (di pesce) che pizze e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La qualità del cibo che abbiamo provato (antipasti e primi) è ottima e le pizze davvero eccezionali. La titolare e il personale sono disponibilissimi. Ci torneremo

Locale molto caratteristico e rilassante. Bella atmosfera. Cibo di ottima qualità, ma la cosa che mi ha fatto rimanere entusiasta è stata la qualità del personale. Tutti molto disponibili e preparati, soprattutto ho avuto modo di intrattenermi con Maurizio che mi ha fatto una bellissima impressione spiegandomi tutte le caratteristiche della location

Una vera oasi fatta da una location suggestiva e da una tranquillità fuori dal comune dove,abbiamo trovato materie prime di una qualità eccellente fuori dal comune,piatti curati e squisiti e perché non parlare della pizza che a mio dire è una delle più buone in provincia. In pratica una vero coccola.
